Great News! Two Faculty Members from the School of Languages and Communication Studies, Wen Xue and Huang Biaowen, Secure 2019 Beijing Social Science Fund Grants

On November 5, 2019, the Beijing Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning officially announced the list of approved projects for the 2019 Beijing Social Science Fund. Professor Wen Xue from the Department of Communication at the School of Languages and Communication Studies, Beijing Jiaotong University, has secured a key project with her proposal titled “Research on the Inheritance and Development of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture in Beijing-Style TV Dramas.” Additionally, Lecturer Huang Biaowen from the same department has been awarded a youth project for his proposal, “Research on Public Opinion Analysis and Response in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Based on Big Data.” This outstanding achievement holds great significance for enhancing the School’ s research competitiveness and academic influence.
