The Master of Journalism and Communication program at our university is supported by a distinguished faculty, with all master's supervisors graduating from top-tier domestic universities and renowned overseas institutions. Both Communication Studies and Network & New Media are recognized as National First-Class Undergraduate Program Construction Sites. The degree program has established a dual-supervisor training mechanism in collaboration with multiple mainstream media outlets and prominent communication enterprises, appointing over 20 industry mentors with substantial practical experience and professional recognition. In recent years, the program has undertaken more than 50 research projects at national, ministerial, and provincial levels, with total research funding exceeding 15 million RMB. Faculty members have published over 20 academic monographs and more than 100 high-quality research papers in domestic and international professional journals, receiving two Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards (Humanities and Social Sciences).

Admission Plan and Minimum Entry Score for Re-examination

The minimum entry score for re-examination is an overall score of 351 or higher in the preliminary examination, with individual subject scores meeting the National Class A requirement. The admission plan is detailed in the table below:

The class format is in-person attendance on campus, and the application category must be for on-the-job directional admission. During the re-examination, you need to submit any one of the following materials: social security payment certificate, labor contract, employment agreement, or certificate of current employment.

The re-examination is scheduled for the afternoon of April 11 and will be conducted online. The School will communicate the specific time with candidates participating in the re-examination.
